I did this when I was really bored. Easy to make, just make a circle, then add the six holes by drawing 6 lines to the center as a guideline, draw small circle at the center, draw half circles at the sides using the same lines from the guideline, then you get this ================>>>>>>>>Delete unwanted faces, pull :D
